It was more that we discovered our passion and purpose and once we dived in we couldn’t look back. We live and breathe our mission to close the gender gap in entrepreneurship and support as many women as possible to start and grow businesses successfully.
As entrepreneurs ourselves we know how important it is to tap into a strategic network. There have been many individuals who have taken a chance and opened a door for us. We want all women to experience this. We built One Roof to be a village of support for any and all women wanting to start or scale a business.

If you’re keen to find and build real, deep relationships with business women, then we recommend our Inner Circle membership. This enables you to get deep support, mentoring, feedback and insights from a small circle of women who are at the same stage of business. Over the 12 months, you’ll meet up to 20 women in small groups of just 5-6 members, allowing you to go deep, make new connections and potentially foster partnerships, collaborations, and referrals.
We are a promo-friendly community, balanced by a commitment to giving our members an awesome experience. So this isn’t a spam-fest but rather, an excellent opportunity to get your products and services in front of our 30,000+ online community.
Particularly for our Inner Circle members, you’ll have the opportunity to host masterclasses, write guest blogs, host an IRL or online meetup, be featured on our socials and in our newsletters, Instagram Live interviews, speaking engagements, features in our gift guides and brand discounts. As part of our Member Guidelines we ask that members do cold pitch or cold sell to other members, and we reserve the discretion to remove members from the group who aren’t acting in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

Yes! We welcome members from across the world, and have many ex-pat Australians, and as well New Zealanders, Singaporeans, Japanese, South Korean, English, American, Canadian, and Mexican members.

Monthly and annual memberships are set up to auto-renew but you can cancel anytime via the member portal. Annual memberships will also auto renew but you will receive an email 7 days prior to your renewal date to confirm whether you wish to renew. You have full discretion to cancel at any time.
