What began as Australia’s No.1 co-working space dedicated to women-led businesses has transformed into a stand out all-in-one platform for women. Over the last 8+ years we have always stayed true to our purpose: to close the gender gap in business and entrepreneurship and support thousands of women to build thriving businesses.
To build a powerful platform and community that equips women with the connections and support they need to start, grow and stay in business successfully.

One Roof was born in early 2015 against the backdrop of the rise of both the co-working industry and the focus on women in entrepreneurship. At the time there was only one other co-working space in the world dedicated to supporting women-led businesses.
